EARN WHILE YOU EARN

Caring for the frail elderly requires knowledge and skills designed for an in-home setting. SWI agencies hire full-time employees as a preference. However, there are special situations where weekend work is required only. In those circumstances we will hire part-time employees who wish to increase those hours toward full-time employment.

Part-time employees can also work toward increasing their education modules in caring for the elderly by taking the courses offered by Senior Watch Inc. in readiness for their full-time position.

All Personal Support Workers can increase their wage rate by completing modules and other acceptable courses that relate to the care of the elderly.
