Q. Why would you give different wages based on education instead of level of care given?

A. We do both. Education is a fair and objective analysis of the effort you have invested in your career.  A-Care assignments provide opportunities to increase average wage.


Q. Why should I as a P/T employee invest in education if I cannot advance in wage?

A. When your classification changes you will immediately be placed at the higher wage in the next pay rotation.


Q. How are my hours averaged during a quarter? I seem to have a different total than you do?

A. A portion of your two week vacation is deducted during the Quarter (3 month average).


Q. Why am I not getting a raise?

A. You are already at the top of the wage scale of your category.
