Q. Why would you give different wages based on education
instead of level of care given?
A. We do both. Education is a fair and objective analysis of the effort you
have invested in your career. Care-Ed assignments provide opportunities to
increase average wage.
Q. How are my hours averaged during a quarter? I seem to have a
different total than you do?
A. A portion of your two week vacation is deducted during the Quarter (3 month average).
